Clean from floor to ceiling \u2013 and everything in between<\/h2>

Our cleanroom principles apply just as much to our people as to the space. Our team works with protective gear such as hairnets, gloves, and cleanroom coats \u2013 all essential to ensure sterility. <\/p>

That\u2019s important, because in this space, we produce parts for bioreactors \u2013 systems where clients cultivate vaccines or develop cell and gene therapies. Cleanliness is not optional here \u2013 it\u2019s vital. <\/p>

A high-tech environment for high-stakes work<\/h2>

Our 140 m\u00b2 cleanroom is built to ISO Class 7 standards and features an advanced air handling system that refreshes the air up to 120 times per hour. The space is fully climate-controlled for consistent working conditions. <\/p>

We use it to clean, weld, assemble and package plastic components \u2013 often for medical and biotech applications, but also for broader life sciences use cases.<\/p>

From workshop to cleanroom<\/h2>

Once we receive the technical specifications, we start with the initial operations in our workshop. The parts are then moved into the cleanroom for final finishing, cleaning, and double packaging \u2013 all under strict, controlled conditions. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
