Benvitec, short for Belgian Environmental Technology, was founded three decades ago in the mining industry. Deep underground, we stood shoulder to shoulder, guided by loyalty and responsibility. Courage wrapped in humility, with a problem-solving mindset as a necessity.
Today, we continue to push boundaries where others stop. Together with our clients, we search for innovative solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world. A Bickel? That’s the typical Flemish word for a pickaxe once used to extract coal from the mines. A nod to our roots, now buried underground, but with a spirit of camaraderie that remains.
At ‘Café De Bickel’, colleagues come together in a relaxed setting, enjoying good company with a drink and a bite to eat.
